About Us
Koto is a cutting-edge rental management platform developed by the Finnish startup Werate Oy.
Our mission is to simplify the process of owning or renting a rental property and modernize the rental market for the 21st century. We plan to achieve this by offering a comprehensive app with dedicated interfaces for both landlords and tenants, complemented by rental-focused peer reviews. These reviews enhance security for both parties, helping landlords and tenants make informed decisions beyond a brief face-to-face meeting or a tenant's credit rating.
Koto is spearheaded by a dynamic team of young entrepreneurs: Jesper Baijars, Sebastian Mellblom, and Niklas Järvikare.
