Koto – Rental Manager is a free to use rent management tool. Our goal is to make life easier for both landlords and tenants in both long- and short-term rental relationships.
As a landlord
Koto allows you to:
Receive, evaluate, and process rental applications easily!
Create and store rental agreements in digital format.
Communicate and store all conversations and documents smoothly through the app, organized by property.
Give and receive feedback from tenants. By doing so, you build a landlord CV that can be used in future rental situations. You can also review feedback received by potential tenants, which helps in making rental decisions!
As a tenant
Koto allows you to:
Search for and view apartments and landlords, as well as send rental applications through the app!
Create a rental agreement, communicate, and easily store documents with your landlord through the app.
Give and receive feedback to/from your landlord. By accumulating feedback, you build a rental CV that can be used in future rental applications!
